Why BlogEngage, FAQ PAL, MMO rocks for bloggers?

[ad code=2]

What do you do immediately after you publish a new post?

Submit your post to Digg?

Tweet a message announcing your new post?

Update status on Facebook, Buzz notifying the new publish?

Like it on StumbleUpon?

Yes, they are great tools for any blogger to promote a new post and inform the readers that the ‘Fish is ready to eat‘. But, do you think them worth listing here at the top of the post? I agree. It’s a compulsion! Due to their immense user-base and almost unbeatable popularity, any blogger is compelled.

If you ask me, personally, I’m not as happy when digging my new post or tweeting. Neither when updating status on Facebook or Buzz. StumbleUpon does not know me much yet. But I do these ‘everythings‘.

This post is not to fight those Elephants but to share my enthusiasm with BlogEngage, FAQ PAL and MMO!

Why BlogEngage, FAQ PAL and MMO Rocks?

Submit your post and once it comes to front page Voila!

All the Facebook, Twitter, Digg, StumbleUpon tag the face of your post link with ‘nofollow’ but BlogEngage, FAQ PAL and MMO Social Network are DOFOLLOW!

Everybody on BlogEngage, FAQ PAL and MMO Social Network are bloggers – children from same family! Contrast to ‘everybody‘ in Digg, Twitter, Facebook and StumbleUpon

BlogEngage home page is Google PR 5, FAQ PAL is PR 5. There is no PR information for MMO but its sure it will rocket in no time. I’m sure you understand it very well what PR 5 back link to your post mean!

BlogEngage

BlogEngage is run by Brian – the most helpful and cooperative, I’ve ever found any owner on NET.

What is BlogEngage?

“Blog Engage allows you to submit your Blog Article(s) that will be placed in queue and promoted by our members to the front page. The ideal of Blog Engage is to promote interaction between bloggers by “Engaging” with each others blogs. Interaction that builds up quality comments and interactive discussions.”

-BlogEngage

One peculiar thing about BlogEngage, I found is, your account will get deleted without any warning if you have not updated your profile and Avatar. Don’t you think it is funny? But it is a good measure to protect the network from spams!

Another attraction! There is BlogEngage Wednesday going on. Which means members of BlogEngage will visit and comment each post that are published on the front page. Is it not great opportunity to promote your blog?

Update: How could I forget to mention the important change! BlogEngage now welcomes new blogs only if any of its members recommends. If you are not yet registered there, ask for the help with any existing BlogEngage members. I’m happy to recommend for your nice blog!

FAQ PAL

This is another similar network for bloggers as that of BlogEngage. This network is best suited if you are publishing tutorials. I’m not been able to dig much of it. So, you are welcome to share your experience if you know FAQ PAL better.

MMO Social Network

MMO Social Network

The third most preferred network site similar to the category. It is best suited if you are publishing articles regarding Online Money Making. I have submitted one article and great to be informed that the post was featured there! More experienced are requested to share your experience with MMO!

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly! These are the three weapons I have in my blogging arsenal as well.

FAQPAL is great for me because most of my posts and videos are instructional. It’s really a great site to hang out and learn about graphic design and programming software too.

I think that MMOSocialNetwork is so new but it will get a nice page rank when Google does the next update. It’s really a good resource tool.

Blog Engage to me is the Grand-daddy of them all and I’ve never meet so many talented people in one place! It’s so nice that you and I are on the same networks. It has been really great to see you everywhere.

    Cheers!

I would have spammed this comment if I did not know you earlier. Haaa…

Hey wannabe! do you like to add “Hot Blog or Not” network? Why don’t you share a bit more, it appears it’s useful.

      • wannabe on March 28, 2010

Thank you for not killspamming me :-)

Of course I can share a bit more, I am planning to write a guest blog to introduce my site to a larger crowd. Until then I am extremely busy to get things smoothly running, things like re-programming certain bits that i want to have work differently and tweaking the layout (which consumes all my time)

Thanks for the excellent post Shkhanal, appreciate the plug. I am good friends with Brian at Blog Engage and we try to help each other when possible, we are more a partnership than competitors.

FAQPAL is niche based in that we only accept tutorials and resources for designers, coders and the general web surfer while Blog Engage will accept almost any blog post.

Hope to see you posting more on FAQPAL.

    Thanks again.

For any instructional and tutorials I post, I’ll certainly be posting on FAQ PAL. I’m sure all the people there are intelligent bloggers!

Thank you for stopping by and your comment.

Great resources! I use them all accept for FAQ PAL, didn’t know about it. I will have to look into it. I also submit to Bloggers Den, DesignGizer, Sphinn. Of course I am selective and based on subject will only post on those sites that it will do well on. Another thing to think about is you have to be active on these sites or you loose the ability to get to the first page.

Another good thing about submitting to these sites, including Digg and Stumble, is in most cases you can get index with Google in about an hour to 24hours.One of my post made it to the first page of Google in 4 hours. But I am testing this with several keywords.

That’s great element! These services are giving direct exposure and helping to get ranking. In fact using right tool for right kind of content matters as you pointed out.

I guess we need to work bit harder to be able enjoy digg and so on. I’m trying to be active digger and twitter. For a beginner blogger like me, BlogEngage, FAQ PAL and MMOSocialNetwork taught a lot in short time.

Hey shkhanal thanks so much for posting about us all here in one post. I’m actually really good friends with both owners of these sites. FAQ Pal as been around for just as long as blog engage but MMO Social Network is new.

I was surprised to see hishaman started his own network. I think if he wants to seriously make a name for his website he has to start limiting the submission to MMO sites. Right now he pretty much allows anything.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with allowing anything but I thought his site was supposed to be for make money online blogs…

It will be interesting to see where these sites are in 2 or 3 years! I know blog engage will be running strong that’s for sure!

I resisted to post my articles in MMOSocialNetwork because it was for Make Money Online articles. But when I checked inside, to my surprise the articles posted are not different than any other networks. Then I understood it is allowed to submit the posts if it was not related to make money online. Its good though, but, it does not give the menaing the network is named for.

I think he will go tweaking after some traffic level.

WOW! it seem that I came very very late ;)

Thanks Brain for the advice, I am actually allowing the MMO “related” topics, so basically MMO, SEO, Blogging tips, linking, traffic, design and development are so related to MMO ;)

But in a way you are right, at least I will not add more categories unless they are really really needed!

Also my time now is not 100% toward developing the MMO site, which slow the growing process!

I saw some clear indications to believe all these three networks are going to rock the blogging world tomorrow. FAQ Pal best suits if your posts are instructive type or tutorials and MMO is supposed to be related to Make Money Online blogs. MMO used to be really great but these days I’m seeing some bugs. Hope you’ll have nice exposure.
