Regarding drop cap you need to create Inmargin Drop Cap, Dropped Drop Cap, 2 Lines dropped, 3 lines dropped, 4 lines dropped, Drop Cap of Times New Font, Drop Cap of Algerian Font, Drop Cap Distance from Text 0″, 0.1″, 0.5″. Regarding Columns you need to create Single Column, Three Columns (first of 1″, second 3″, third 1″ with 0.5″ margin) and a line between.
