How Does ICT Trends Computer Operator Preparation Sessions Run?

I’m extremely excited to have considerable number of participants in Training Sessions for 2012 and we are almost ready to start. However, because the last year’s exam for Kathmandu is not yet over, I’m waiting for the result of Practical Examination before I start the sessions.

You might be interested to know how this Training Sessions will run and how useful it will be to you. So, let me shed a bit light on this aspect today.

Emails:

I will be sending emails to the participants regularly to instruct, guide and run this training sessions. The ‘From’ address of the emails will be ‘ICT Trends 2012 Exam Preparation” ([email protected]). I strongly suggest you not to miss any of these emails. Make sure my emails don’t go to your spam box. Add my email address [email protected] into your safe sender’s list.

Books:

We are following two books at the first round and I’ll ask you to buy these books from your local market. I’ve gone through many books available in the market and selected the best suitable for Computer Operator Examination. I hope after completing these two books, you’ll have all the basic knowledge needed for your examination.

Web pages:

I will be referring to many web pages from ICT Trends, PS Exam and any other website that is relevant, suitable and required for your preparation. It is very much necessary to go through those pages to get updated information on current topic we are currently discussing.

MCQs and Practice Tests:

We have Quiz section in ICT Trends (I’ll show you later) which contains loads of MCQs that was asked in previous year’s exams and some other relevant and model question sets. You will log on into the Quiz with your username and password and attempt the sets. You can get your scores, your mistakes and correct answers immediately. So this way, we’ll be testing if you are gaining required knowledge on the topic we are dealing right now.

Downloads and offline studying:

I will take you to the download pages so that you can download the PDF files and print them. This will help you to continue studying when you are not online. We have solved model sets, solved previous year exam questions and a lot of PDF files for you to prepare examination.

Support and your questions:

We have a forum for candidates of Computer Operators. I will provide you the link to the forum later through email. You can post your questions, confusions on the related board in forum and other friends including me will be answering your queries. Apart from forum, you can use Facebook page (http://facebook.com/icttrends) to post your questions. And finally if something is urgent, catch me in Facebook chat (http://facebook.com/shkhanal). I’m almost always on Facebook ;-)

Saying everything, I’d like you all to understand that I’m one man to support and help you to prepare your exams. Keeping this in view, please try to allow me as much time as possible so that I can be busy myself in creating, compiling materials and answering your queries.
