Do NOT Waste Your Time to Promote Your Blogs

As a new blog­ger and for your newly cre­ated blog you will always find it chal­leng­ing to get read­ers for your cre­ation. Matured blog­gers say “Con­tent is the king”. If you don’t have some­thing that is use­ful to many oth­ers you’ll never get suf­fi­cient traf­fic. But at the same time is the oppo­site true? I mean – Will there be auto-flow of heavy traf­fic to your blog if the con­tent is great? I doubt. What might be the value of a gem that nobody knows is in your pocket? You need to come to the front and keep on shout­ing that the gem is for sale. It is best to find as many peo­ple will­ing to buy your gem so as to get best price of that pre­cious stone. In case of web­sites, how to shout? Where to shout? And whom to shout?

At first I did not know any­thing what should be done. After I read some posts about ‘how to pro­mote your blog’ sort of arti­cles, I come to know that there exists some tech­niques and work­outs. Truly speak­ing, you need to work very hard and work con­sis­tently. If you truly wish to be a good blog­ger and earn good sum of money, be pre­pared to con­tribute your sweat and tears.

There are lots of mis­read­ing adver­tise­ments and pro­mo­tion pro­grams that tempt a new blog­ger to start dream­ing about get rich quick — earn 100s and 1000s of dol­lars every week or month — with­out doing any­thing. “You can make your pocket heavy doing noth­ing. Just set up and for­get to earn hefty wage”. If you incline to believe, it is very right to deceive and cheat you. It would taste worse but it’s true when I say none of them work espe­cially for a com­mon blogger.

Well, I got diverted. Let’s return to our topic. If it is nec­es­sary to shout your blog to let it be known and get traf­fic to your blog, you must know how to do it. I am going to explain each step in detail. There will be a series of posts in this blog that starts with a new blog­ger expect­ing 5 or 10 vis­its a day and will progress to reach towards 100s of vis­i­tors from search engines only. I’m not boast­ing. I’m just going to put my story on the posts in chrono­log­i­cal order so that this will guide to fol­low my path, skip­ping my errors and sav­ing the time I con­sumed to learn all those. So, don’t waste your time to pro­mote your blog but fol­low the proven path.

In tomorrow’s post I’ll be dis­cussing about what are the things you need to pay atten­tion man­ag­ing your web­site so that the path towards suc­cess is guar­an­teed.  No, I can’t guide you on con­tent. Con­tent is your cre­ation. I’ll be deal­ing with other aspects of your web­site nec­es­sary to fix before you start promoting.
